To secure your holiday a £100.00 deposit is required within 7 days of your booking date (which is non refundable ) There is also a £100.00 per week damage deposit that will be taken and refunded upon our caravan being checked and satisfactory.
Then final payment is due 8 weeks prior to your stay. ( should you cancel your holiday after the balance is paid ) ( part or full payment will be returned depending on the resale price ) ( should we be unable to re rent the holiday full payment will be lost and should then be covered by your own holiday insurance ) we are sorry if this inconveniences you in anyway

You are required to thoroughly clean our caravan & equipment at the end of your stay as all products & implements are supplied.(inspections are carried out after departure)
Cleaning & bedding can be supplied with an extra charge of £25.00 for bedding & £50.00 for cleaning.
Registration forms must be handed in to reception on arrival to obtain our caravan keys & welcome pack.
Check in time will be 4pm unless other wise stated.
Please vacate our caravan by 10 AM unless other wise stated.
Gas & electricity is included within your holiday costs.
4G WIFI can be supplied at an extra charge of £10.00 per week
This is our private holiday home please respect it and treat it like your own.
Any damage or breakages must be paid for or replaced with the equivalent before your departure. There is a £100.00 per week damage deposit that will be taken and refunded upon our caravan being checked and is passed satisfactory.
Please note you are unable to hire private caravans/lodges if fishing the white acres festivals,sorry parkdeans rules.
If the week you are looking for is booked you could contact us as we have contacts to other private owners at White Acres but prices and accommodation may vary to ours.
No single sex groups.
No smoking in our caravans or on the decked areas.
No barbecues on or around the decked areas.
No fishing tackle is to be kept inside our caravans at any time tackle lockers are supplied.
No bait is to be kept in our caravans.
No bait to kept in the fridges/freezers at any time.
Should we find that anyone has given us false information we reserve the right to remove you from our holiday home with no refund.
