About our caravan
Our caravan on sycamore forest is a ABI Windermere 6 berth and is brand new to start the 2022 season,
The caravan is finished to a very high standard in a modern country feel design, benefiting from having double glazing and gas central heating, also
with a modern featured fire & fire place in the lounge.
Situated in an idyllic location on the recently developed sycamore forest in a sunny central position, with views across jenny's lake, with the Tackle Lodge & First Bite Cafe only being a stones throw away.
Accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 double & 2 twin rooms with plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space in each room.
The main living area is of a large lounge with vaulted ceiling, there is a large 4K smart UHD TV free-view with soundbar,DVD player, along with a selection of books,board games & DVD'S to keep most people happy on those rainy days, 4G WIFI can also be supplied so you can log in your own account to watch Netflix, Prime and Disney.
Away from the lounge is an open plan dinning area leading on to a fully fitted & equipped kitchen with large integrated fridge/freezer integrated dish washer and an integrated washing machine along with oven & separate grill, hob, microwave,sandwich maker and all other amenities expected in a modern kitchen.
Bathroom consists of a large modern shower with thermostatic shower mixer and W/C there is also a separate W/C so you can miss the cue for the loo.
Also we have a large 16x8 UPVC decking area to the side of our caravan along with a patio table & 4 chairs and a lockable gate, as well as a 12x6 UPVC deck along the front for alfresco dining or watching the sunset in the evening, that leads out from double front patio doors on the caravan.

Strictly no fishing tackle or bait is to be taken in to our holiday homes.
