Our caravan on Ash Forest which is a late 2009 Delta-Darwin and was brand new at the time is of a high standard and very spacious with double glazing and gas central heating through out. Situated in a private location on the newly developed Ash Forest within close walking distance to the lakes.
Accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms 1 double and 2 twin rooms the master bedroom has a double bed along with fitted wardrobes plus alarm clock & hairdryer. The other 2 bedrooms consist of 2 single beds in each along with fitted wardrobes. There is also a double pull out bed in the lounge area so that 6/8 people can be accommodated comfortably. Duvets and pillows are provided all you need is your own bedding this should include, (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels & tea towels).
The main living area is of a large lounge with vaulted ceiling. There is a LCD TV with Free-view,CD Player/Radio & a DVD Player with a selection of films for those quite nights in plus small selection of board games to keep most people happy.
Away from the lounge is an open plan diner leading on to a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with oven & separate grill n hob,fridge freezer,microwave,breville sandwich toaster and all other amenities expected in a modern kitchen. The bathroom consists of a modern shower, toilet and wash basin.
To the side of our caravan is a decked area along with patio furniture.
There is also private parking next to our caravan with your own tackle locker.
Strictly no tackle or bait is to be kept in our caravan or fridge at any time.
Also our caravan is strictly no smoking.
